The Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) maintains the authoritative public record of every operator licensed in Oklahoma. The Texas Railroad Commission performs the same role for the Texas Panhandle portion. Look up your operator's permit history, recent pooling applications, and any operator transfers to confirm the entity on your division order is the active operator.
