BASA dominance: 16 of 20 wells. The county is essentially a single-operator play.

Caddo formation everywhere: 18 of 20 wells produce from Caddo or Caddo Disposal. The lone outlier is the Sittin’ Duck 1 (Mississippian-target in the Crystal Falls field).

Modern directional re-entries: 4 of the top 10 wells are 2014-2018 directional drillings into Caddo Disposal — BASA actively investing in re-drilling existing units, NOT new horizontal development.

Caldwell-Breckenridge has the #1 well (4,192 bbl/mo); Eliasville (Caddo) Unit has 4 wells in the top 10.

Per-well production: top-20 wells average about 1,700 bbl/month each — ~55-60 BOPD. Below the top 20, average per-well rates fall to 2-5 BOPD (classic stripper economics).
