These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.buckheadenergy.com (the "Site"), operated by Buckhead Energy, LLC ("Buckhead Energy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including the rights of California residents.
You must be at least 18 years old to send us an inquiry or enter into a transaction with us. If you contact us on someone else's behalf, for example as an heir, executor, trustee or agent, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
Content on the Site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions about your mineral or royalty interests.
Figures on the Site are Buckhead Energy analysis of public oil and gas data. They are reference data, not a valuation, appraisal or investment advice. Public data can contain errors or be out of date, and we do not guarantee that any figure on the Site is complete, accurate or current. Check anything you rely on against the original source.
Except a written offer we send to you, nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or sell, and sending an inquiry through the Site does not create a contract.
